Bottle and Label Fit

Evaluate the actual bottle surface, label stock, varnish, moisture and production temperature. Round and square containers may place different recovery stress on the label.

Initial Tack

Initial tack supports immediate label positioning after application. It should be checked at real line speed and with the actual contact pressure.

Holding Power

Holding performance helps resist edge lift and label movement after application. Test finished containers through the expected storage and transport conditions.

Coating Condition

Confirm melt temperature, coating amount, roller or nozzle condition and adhesive coverage. Stable coating is as important as the nominal adhesive grade.

Sample Validation

Run trials on production bottles and labels, then evaluate edge lift, label position, peel behavior, heat exposure and equipment cleanliness.

Grade 3010 FAQ

Does bottle-label use imply food-contact certification?

No. Labeling use does not establish food-contact compliance. Any applicable regulatory requirement must be reviewed for the finished package and market.

Which label details should we provide?
